Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Chikaboom (chikaboom.xyz), a workspace where a designer builds brand templates and a team fills them in and publishes social posts. By signing in you accept them. Questions: oleksi.slusarishere@gmail.com.
Beta
Chikaboom is in beta and free to use. Features can change, be added or be removed. If paid plans start, we will tell you in advance, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.
Your account
Sign in with your own email or Google account and keep access to it safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Brand owners decide who joins their brand and what members may do.
Your content
Brand kits, templates, texts, images and posts you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, render and send them only to run the service for you (for example, to make a picture or to publish a post you scheduled). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including fonts, logos and photos.
Publishing to social networks
When you connect a social account, posts go out under that account at the time you schedule. You are responsible for what is published and for following each network's rules. A network can reject, delay or remove a post; we show the result in the calendar but cannot guarantee it.
AI features
AI can write text and make images. Check the result before you publish it: AI output can be wrong or resemble existing work. Usage limits apply to AI features.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, hate, harassment, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- No spam, and no misleading or impersonating posts.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or to reach other people's brands.
- No reselling access to the service without our agreement.
We can suspend an account or remove content that breaks these rules.
Availability
We work to keep Chikaboom running and your data backed up, but the beta is provided as is, without a guarantee of uptime or of any particular result. Keep your own copies of important files.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, lost data or a post that did not go out). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Chikaboom at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We can end the beta with reasonable notice and will give you a way to download your content first.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date above and, for material changes, let signed-in users know.
